Since 2021 Ice have expanded into the mobile recycling and repair industry. We take old handsets and give them a new lease of life after our technicians have repaired, cleaned and factory reset all devices. We believe refurbished devices offer a great deal and also helps the environment.

Ice Comms was established in 2008 and has grown year on year through the relationships that we have developed with our customers. Our customers come first and we’re proud that, through our strong network, we can offer you exclusive rates on your mobile phones.

  • Up to 3 very light scratches on the screen
  • Up to 5 light scratches on housing and camera surround
  • No cracks, dents, scuffs, missing paint, pressure marks, screen burn or dead pixels
  • Handset powers on and is fully functional
  • Home button, Touch ID, Face ID and NFC all function correctly
  • No liquid damage
  • Battery health is a minimum of 80%
  • Where applicable stylus must be included
  • Handset is a UK model with original software and hardware that has not been modified, jail broken or rooted
  • More than 3 very light scratches on the screen
  • More than 5 light scratches on housing and camera surround
  • Some dents, scuffs, chips or missing paint
  • Handset powers on and is fully functional
  • Home button, Touch ID, Face ID and NFC all function correctly
  • Cracked/damaged camera lens
  • Battery health is a minimum of 80%
  • Where applicable stylus must be included
  • Handset is a UK model with original software and hardware that has not been modified, jail broken or rooted
  • Physical damage (cracks, pressure marks, screen burn, bent, engravings, pixel discolouration or dead pixels)
  • Heavily scratched/grazed housing that will need to be replaced
  • Display has deep scratches that can be felt, delamination, deep chips or cracked glass
  • Dust under screen and/or on camera lens
  • Home button, Touch ID, Face ID and NFC do not function correctly
  • Signs of liquid damage
  • Battery health is less than 80%
  • Where applicable stylus is missing
  • Handset is a non UK model, software and/or hardware has been modified, jail broken or rooted
  • We accept handsets that do not turn on or have liquid damage. We do not accept iCloud Locked or Google Locked devices
